Conejo Valley Village
Conejo Valley Village is a membership based non-profit dedicated to supporting older adults in maintaining their independence and active lifestyles. Through a network of volunteers, the organization provides a range of services, including transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social activities.
Transportation Services
Conejo Valley Village offers personalized rides to help members attend medical appointments, run errands, and participate in community events. This service ensures that older adults can maintain their independence and stay connected with their community.
Volunteer Drivers
Volunteer drivers are trained and committed to providing safe, reliable transportation. They offer both a ride and also companionship and support during the journey.
Membership Costs
There are 2 types of membership. A social membership and a full membership. Only the Full Membership includes transportation services.
- Social Membership $180/yr : Includes a variety of social and educational programs designed to help members get the most out of living in the Thousand Oaks community.
- Full Membership $600/yr : Includes many household services such as transportaiton, household maintenance, shopping services, pet services, and yard work. Also includes all social membership benefits

Volunteer Drivers

VC Caregivers
VC Caregivers is a non-profit organization focused on providing comprehensive support to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Through one-on-one relationships with trusted volunteers, they provide non-medical, in-home support services and transportation for homebound, frail elders, preventing their premature placement into board and care facilities. Their transportation services are a crucial part of their mission to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for their clients.
